Edmund Rice Community Services is an Australian national not-for-profit organisation that supports children, young people and families experiencing significant and complex disadvantage and advocates for those who need a voice in the community. Eddie Rice Camps NSW programs are a variety of group-based recreational camps and activities, including week-long and weekend camps and day programs. Program outcomes are focused around a child's ability to build healthy relationships, affirm their peers, develop soft skills, and renew their confidence and self-worth.
Our camps are led by amazing older teen and young adult volunteer camp leaders (17-25 years) who plan and deliver an empowering experience in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Our 1:1 ratio of children to leaders enables us to provide intensive support and enrichment for all of our participants – each with their own abilities, needs and circumstances.
